Compatibility & formats
Which coffee machine systems are your capsules compatible with?
Our empty capsules are compatible with Nespresso OriginalLine, Nespresso Professional (Pro), Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Keurig K-Cup and Lavazza systems, and we also make Nespresso VertuoLine lids. Do you make both Nespresso OriginalLine and Nespresso Pro capsules?
Yes — both. OriginalLine is the standard home and office Nespresso format; Nespresso Pro (Professional) uses larger capsules for office machines. We supply empty capsules, lids and matching filling & sealing machines for each.
Are your compatible capsules guaranteed to fit the original machines?
Our capsules are dimensionally matched to each system and validated on the target machines. During a pilot we produce production-grade samples so you can confirm fit, extraction and sealing before committing to volume.
Nespresso vs Dolce Gusto vs K-Cup — which format is best for my brand?
Nespresso is high-pressure espresso (~5–6 g fill), strong in Europe and global specialty. Dolce Gusto uses a larger 35 ml capsule with a pressure-control base — versatile for coffee, tea and milk drinks. K-Cup is large-cup drip coffee, dominant in North America. Materials
What materials are your coffee capsules available in?
Food-grade PP (lowest cost), aluminium (premium, high oxygen barrier, freshness up to ~2 years), compostable bio-based PBS/PLA, and high-oxygen-barrier PBT. Do you offer compostable or biodegradable coffee capsules?
Yes — bio-based, compostable Nespresso-compatible capsules (PBS/PLA), suited to eco-focused, organic and European brands. Compostable certification (e.g., EN 13432) can be arranged on request for your target market. See our compostable coffee capsules.
Which capsule material keeps coffee freshest?
Aluminium and high-oxygen-barrier capsules protect aroma best, with freshness up to about two years — ideal for specialty roasts. Foil-sealed PP also offers good protection at a lower cost. See our aluminium capsules.
OEM & private label
Can you put my brand on the capsule and lid?
Yes. We offer custom OEM capsule colours, printed lids and custom-printed sealing films, so the capsule looks like your brand rather than a generic white pod. Per-colour and per-print minimums apply.
Do you provide private-label / OEM coffee capsule production?
Yes — private label and OEM is our core business since 2011. Send your coffee or recipe; we match the format, films and sealing and produce under your brand, from pilot to mass production. See OEM capsule development.
Can I supply my own coffee or tea for filling?
Yes. Through our capsule incubation service you send your ingredient, we test it, match the format and produce production-grade filled samples. Your recipe and formula stay yours.
MOQ, samples, pricing & lead time
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for coffee capsules?
It depends on format, material and printing. We start most brands with a low-MOQ pilot through our incubation program, then scale to full production once samples are approved — so you do not need a huge first order. Send your requirement for a tailored quote.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes — we produce production-grade samples (empty, or filled with your own coffee) so you can validate fit, extraction and sealing before committing to tooling or volume.
What affects the price of coffee capsules?
Format, material (PP / aluminium / compostable), custom colour and printing, fill weight, order quantity and packaging. Share these plus your target volume and market for an accurate quote.
What are your typical lead times?
Sample lead times are short; production lead times depend on quantity, material and printing. We confirm exact timing together with your quote.
Machines & in-house production
Can I fill capsules in-house instead of buying filled capsules?
Yes. We supply manual filling tools, semi-automatic and automatic filling & sealing machines (roughly 1,500–5,000+ pcs/hour), plus the matching empty capsules and films — so you can produce in-house with one supplier. See filling machines.
Do you sell capsules, films and machines together?
Yes — empty capsules, lidding films / lids and filling & sealing machines from a single source. This avoids compatibility problems between vendors and simplifies your supply chain.
What is the difference between semi-automatic and automatic capsule machines?
Semi-automatic machines suit pilots and small batches; automatic and high-speed rotary machines suit scale-up and mass production. We match the machine to your stage and volume.
Quality, certifications & company
Are your capsules food-grade and safe?
Yes — our capsules use food-grade materials (for example FDA-compliant, BPA-free PP and food-grade aluminium). Specific certifications can be confirmed per material and per market on request.
